All About Jellyfish

Indoduction:  It is believed that theJellyfish is one of the oldest living creatures on Earth. There is evidence to suggest that they have been around for over 700 million years. Such information is based on fossil remains that have been carefully collected and analyzed.

Appearance

The color of jellyfish is Orange, blue, pink. How they feel body is like and are they clean

Clear blobs, tentacles, stingers, soft, bodies, stomachs, shiny,  arms, umbrellas, plates, float.

Habit at

Where they swim any ocean water, cold arctic water ,warm tropical water.

Diet

What do they eat fish,crabs, worms, little jellyfish. Where do they get it from oceans, seas.

Predators

Body parts small stinging cells, tentacles called nematocysts, capture food, by ingesting toxins,

Life Cycle

How they grow Planul, polyp, budding polyp, ephyra, medusa,

Other Interesting Facts

some more facts about them  no brain, no heart, no bones and eyes, Tiny or Big  tentacles armed, with tiny stinging cells, Not all jellies have tentacles.

Summary: Jellyfish are prehistoric creatures that have inhabited oceans around the world for millions of years.  Although they are not aggressive creatures by nature,jellyfish are often remembered for their nasty stinging capabilities. Jellyfish mostly use their tentacles for hunting, but will also sting in self-defense.
