Learning about milk

Why do kiwi kids drink milk?
Milk is bursting with dairy goodness. Containing nine essential nutrients including calcium to help keep bones
strong, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) to support energy levels, and protein to assist kids' growth* – it's just what they need!

Why is milk important?
Milk is good for the bones because it offers a rich source of calcium, a mineral essential for healthy bones and teeth.  Calcium and vitamin D help prevent osteoporosis.

Where do milk comes from?
When oxytocin reaches your breast, it causes the tiny muscles around the milk-filled alveoli to contract and squeeze, and release milk. Your milk moves along to the ducts just below the areola. When your baby feeds, she presses the milk from the ducts into her mouth.

Is it good to drink milk everyday?
Drinking lots of milk could be bad for your health, a new study reports. Previous research has shown that the calcium in milk can help strengthen bones and prevent osteoporosis. These benefits to bone health have led U.S. health officials to recommend milk as part of a healthy diet.

Indoduction: Milk is the cornerstone of cheese. Humans have been preserving milk for centuries. Cows, sheep,
goats, and occasionally buffalo are used around the world to create a plethora of cheeses. At the heart of it, milk is made of four components other than water: fat, protein, lactose, and minerals. Aside from cattle, many
kinds of livestock provide milk used by humans for dairy products. These animals include water buffalo, goat, sheep, camel, donkey, horse, reindeer and yak. The first four respectively produced about 11%, 2%, 1.4% and 0.2% of all milk worldwide in 2011.

Milk is good for the bones because it offers a rich source of calcium, a mineral essential for healthy bones and
teeth. Cow's milk is fortified with vitamin D, which also benefits bone health.  Most of the body's vitamin D is synthesized by the body on exposure to sunlight, so spending time outdoors is also important.

“ I know that hard to love. Some days I’m all smiles and affection and then other days there’s nothing
I want more than to be quiet and lie in bed. Sometime I get Angry about stupid things and won’t
want to talk to you. Other days I’ll think that you’re the most perfect person in the world. Please don’t get up on me. I know it’s not easy but I’ll always come back to you. It’s never easy with me but there’s only you.Hard Truth never easy Angry pain mood swings hard to love don’t give up me love hard times.  How we know we’re angry and we do to feel better. Feeling Angry Think turn take.

How does your body feels when you get angry. Skin feels hot or cold. Heart beats faster.
Breathing gets faster. Heat may hurt. Muscles feel hard and tense Different to think and make good choices.
I am so angry all the time for no reason and I don’t know how to shop it. Sometimes people just want to be miserable. I’m sad, angry, hunt, mad disappointed. But you know what? I’ll put on a happy face and move on.
It will hurt but I will survive. When you get angry we can often last out at others with actions or words. I am angry because I want the old you back Angry because I can’t change you back Angry because despite everything I did to protect myself If you still hurt me. ‘I am angry. Do you know why? It's a rhetorical question, because you don't know why I am angry, which is why I'm going to tell you why I'm so. I Followed my friend, " Jane Doe" ( you don't need to know her actual name) to this store in my town. Then these 14-15 years old girls came up to me, and started asking me about my braces. "Where'd you get it? " How much did it cost ?" I get these questions like almost every single, and it's annoying. 😒  This one question got me angry. "What 'if' her braces are fake?" A girl said whispering to her friend. Fake??? My braces are realer than you could
ever be, a bad boy. I said that in my mind, I don't have the guts to say it out loud, besides these girls look like
they could tear me to pieces, and I wanted no conflict. I walked away as soon as my friend got her stuffs from
the store. My friend couldn't help but to tease me that I'm a doormat. I guess she's right. 🤔☹😤😟😖
This is why and how people get angry😠 And Explanation.
